Multi-day, consecutive-visit iguana removal for HOAs, hotels, marinas, golf courses, and managed commercial properties with established colonies, multiple active burrows, or chronic complaints. Owner-operated by Gregory Turner, FWC-listed nuisance wildlife control operator. Serving Palm Beach & Broward Counties.
Consecutive-day removal program quoted per property based on size, access, and activity level. Includes burrow assessment, multi-stage removal, written reports for HOA boards and property managers, and recommendations for ongoing management.
The reason a multi-day effort outperforms a single visit on larger properties is sustained pressure across consecutive days. On day one we map the whole property — burrows along lakes and seawalls, basking areas, travel corridors between zones, feeding damage — and remove the accessible animals. On the following days the wary animals that stayed out of reach shift their patterns under pressure, so returning on consecutive days, often paired with humane live traps, reaches iguanas a single visit never gets to and addresses active burrows and breeding-age females. By the close-out you get a written summary of what was found and removed plus a recommendation on whether ongoing control is warranted.
HOA lake systems: multiple burrows along several lake banks and seawalls across a community, with iguanas that keep reappearing after one-off removals — see HOA Iguana Control. Golf courses and country clubs: burrows at lake banks and bunker margins spread across holes, plus turf and ornamental damage a single visit cannot keep up with — see Golf Course Iguana Control. Marinas and waterfront properties: an established seawall colony with burrows undermining the cap and riprap, where animals scatter to the water the moment a crew arrives. Hotels, resorts, and apartment communities: activity running through landscaped grounds, courtyards, and pool areas at a scale that is already generating guest or resident complaints.
Each commercial intensive ends with documentation for boards and owners: a day-by-day log of zones worked and animals removed, active burrows and nesting pressure assessed and addressed, photos of notable findings when available, and a close-out summary with a recommendation on whether ongoing control is warranted to keep a large property from re-establishing.
How is multi-day intensive different from a one-time visit? A one-time visit addresses what is accessible on a single day. On larger properties that leaves the broader population intact. Multi-day builds across consecutive days, reaching animals a single visit misses, for a meaningfully stronger reduction.
How many days does a commercial intensive take? Most run across several consecutive days, but larger properties with widespread activity may need more. The number depends on property size, how many zones are active, and how the population responds after the first day or two.
How is pricing determined? Quoted by scope — property size, number of active zones, access and layout, and activity level. Larger, more established properties require a larger scope. We assess the property before pricing.
Do you handle burrows and nesting during the intensive? Yes. The multi-day approach assesses active burrows and nesting pressure and addresses breeding-age females — leaving these in place is what lets a colony rebuild within weeks.
When should I choose intensive removal instead of ongoing control? Intensive removal fits a strong, concentrated short-term response to a larger problem; ongoing control fits long-term weekly management. Often the best path is an intensive first, then control.
Do you coordinate with property managers and boards? Yes. Intensives coordinate through the on-site manager, management company, or HOA board contact, with each day documented and a close-out summary for boards and owners.
